WAIST: Measure around natural waistline keeping tape comfortably. The waist is the smallest part of your mid torso.
HIP: Stand with your legs and feet together and measure around the fullest part of your bottom, approx. 22cm or 9" down from the waist.
INSEAM: Measure from the crotch point to your ankle bone. You may need someone to help you for accuracy. Or using a pair of your pants that fit you well, lay them flat with the front and back creases together. Measure from the crotch seam to bottom of the leg hem down the inside seam.
The waist measurement refers to YOUR waist, NOT the waist measurement on the jeans.
The rise is measured from the base of the crotch to the top of the jeans waistband.
