Shipping Policy

General
Our shipping charges are based on standard Australia Post rates (where applicable), which are based on package weight, size, and distance shipped. To view shipping costs please refer to FAQ’s in the Customer Service section of the site.
Australian Customers
All shipments within Australia are delivered by Australia Post, we offer Standard Post and Express Post options for Australian Customers. Please note only packages sent by Express Post can be tracked by Lil’ Mama.
International Customers
For all shipping outside of Australia Lil’ Mama currently uses Australia Post’s standard Air Mail Service, or International Express Post for an additional fee. You may decide on your shipping option before you check out, or refer to our FAQ’s for more information.

Germany
New Zealand

Delivery Lead Times
Australian and International Customers
If your order is in stock and fulfills all authorisation criteria, then all orders placed Monday – Friday before 12pm AEST will ship out the same business day. All other orders will be shipped out on the following business day, given the item is in stock. However, during busy periods such as new range release this may take longer due to the large amounts of orders received. If the item is not in stock, you will be notified by email and we may offer to backorder the item, if an item is sold out and is not available for reorder you will not be charged for it and we will inform you via email.

Delivery time on Hosiery Orders
Lil’ Mama wanted to provide our customers with an extensive range of hosiery to choose from, but due to the vastness of this catalogue and the fact that we import it from a US supplier we don’t carry every style and colour in our warehouse. So please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery on these orders if you live in Australia and 3 weeks for all other countries.
Occasionally the item may be out of stock, and be put on back order, if this happens you will be notified by email with an estimated delivery time.
Australian Customers
Australia Post’s Standard Mail service will usually deliver within 3-5 working days to most metropolitan areas, please allow a few days more for regional areas and during peak times such as Christmas.
Australia Post’s Express Post service guarantees delivery to most metropolitan areas within Australia on the next working day, but during busy periods allow up to 5 working days. Delivery to some regional areas may also take longer.
We ONLY use Australia Post for all our shipping within Australia.
International Customers
Shipping times will vary depending on what country you are ordering from. Most deliveries sent by Standard Air Mail should arrive within 7-15 working days of your order being processed, given the item is in stock. Please allow extra time for deliveries to PO Boxes, Military addresses and during peak times such as Christmas.
International Express Post - Please allow between 3 and 7 days working days from when your order is processed for delivery, please allow a few more days for regional areas, PO Boxes and Military addresses, and during peak times such as Christmas.
Disclaimer - We believe that we have aligned ourselves with excellent delivery partners, but there may be times when, despite their best efforts, parcels are delayed in the delivery process. We will always endeavour to work with our delivery partners to ensure prompt arrival of your products. Lil’ Mama can NOT take any responsibility for deliveries hindered by circumstances out of their control, such as weather, natural disasters or strikes.

Out of Stock Items
If you happen to order an item that is currently out of stock, you will be notified with an estimated delivery time, your item will then be back ordered and shipped to you as soon as it’s available.
