Lil' Mama is a fashion label targeted at the fashion conscious "real woman".

For years society and fashion labels alike have dictated that "thin" is beautiful - however recent research has shown that the average woman is now a size 14-16, yet there still seems to be a desperate need for "stylish, chic, glamorous and functional" clothing designed to fit and flatter this modern woman.

Lil' Mama is a 100% Australian designed, owned and made label, and a proud member of the "Australian Made" campaign. Our strict standards comply with government regulations, and it is a passion of ours to ensure all workers and manufacturers involved are paid and treated justly. We are also proud to employ Australian businesses, helping to nurture and ensure the longevity of the Australian Fashion Industry.

Our patterns and fabrics have been carefully structured and chosen to create flattering wearable shapes, elongated hem lines, with close attention paid to those "special" areas of the female form. This results in excellent quality clothing that accentuates the positive and keeps the rest neatly to the discretion of the wearer.

Lil' Mama's mission: transcend the glamour of celebrity, the cat walk and fashion mags into fun functional pieces that can be worn by ANY woman ANY where.

Lil’ Mama and our sizes

Lil’ Mama’s sizes range from the traditional Size 8 – 18 (selected styles are available up to 20).

However at Lil’ Mama we decided that size is just a number, and we understand what it’s like worrying about prying eyes and size snoops when it comes to our clothing.

The size system we have implemented is on a 1-7 scale, a more simple way of identifying the different shapes, sizes and heights of our customers.

After months of research and independent surveys, we at Lil’ Mama felt the sizing in the current market wasn’t an accurate reflection of the “real” women of today. So we took all the results and compiled the “Lil’ Mama” sizing system, that we believe is a more accurate representation of the women of today. Before purchasing for the first time please check our size charts to ensure you find the perfect Lil’ Mama fit.
