Do you ship outside of Australia?
Lil’ Mama currently ships to the following countries - USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, Italy, France, Spain, Germany and New Zealand. If you do not live in one of these countries and would still like to purchase something from our site, please email us at help@lilmama.com.au and we will let you know if it’s a possibility.
What are your shipping rates?
Australian Customers - All shipments within Australia are delivered by Australia Post. Australian Customers have 2 options of postage within Australia. Standard Post AUD$7.50 Express Post AUD$10.00 International Customers - For all shipping outside of Australia Lil’ Mama currently offers Standard Air Mail delivered by Australia Post for AUD$30.00. Delivery times are between 5 and 14 working days. If you want your purchase quicker there is an Express Post Option for AUD$55.00 Please select your postage option at the checkout.
Is my order subject to duties and taxes?
Australian Customers - All Australian customers will not be liable for any duties or taxes, all prices are inclusive of GST. International Customers - Your local customs office may apply additional charges/duties to your goods on arrival into your country. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. For further information on these charges you should contact your local customs department.
Do you ship to PO boxes or Military addresses?
Yes, Lil’ Mama ships to PO boxes and Military addresses. Please allow for longer delivery times to military addresses.
Do you ship to multiple addresses?
Unfortunately Lil’ Mama does not offer this service at this time.
Why can’t I change my delivery method?
Lil’ Mama only offers the listed shipping options at this time. Should you require your order faster or require delivery to a country other than USA, Canada, UK, Germany, Italy, Ireland, France, Spain, or New Zealand, please contact us at shipping@lilmama.com.au.
What do I do if I need to change/correct my delivery details?
If you realise you have given Lil’ Mama the wrong delivery information, please email us at shipping@lilmama.com.au immediately, so we can rectify your details, however please remember that all orders received Monday to Friday before 12pm EST, will be processed the same day, so the onus is on you, the customer to ensure all details provided are correct. If your package is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer and returned to us, the customer will incur addition costs to have their purchase re-sent.
What happens if I am not at home/work to receive my delivery?
Australian Customers - If you are not home to receive your delivery, Australia Post are responsible for placing a card in your letterbox advising collection from your local post office. When you go to the post office to collect your parcel, please ensure that you take photo ID with you. International Customers - When placing your order please make sure the delivery address given is correct. Pick up details of your order will depend on your local post office.
Can I track my order?
Australian Customers - If your order has not arrived within the expected time, please email us at shipping@lilmama.com.au and we will locate your package for you. Disclaimer - This service is not available on weekends or Australian public holidays. International Customers - For all International Customers only packages that have been sent Express Post can be tracked at this time. If your order has not arrived within the expected time, please email us at shipping@lilmama.com.au and we will locate your package for you.
What happens if my order is lost or does not arrive by the expected date?
Australian Customers - If your order has not arrived by the expected date, please contact us at shipping@lilmama.com.au with your order/invoice number so we can follow up your parcel with Australia Post. As soon as we have located it, we will inform you. International Customers - If your order has not arrived by the expected date, please contact us at shipping@lilmama.com.au with your order/invoice number so we can follow up your parcel with Australia Post. As soon as we have located it, we will inform you.
I received my order but one item was missing, what do I do now?
When Lil’ Mama ships out orders we also include a tax invoice with your purchase, here it will list the items purchased and monies charged, if the items in your parcel don’t match those on your invoice, please contact us immediately so we can rectify it for you. If on the rare occasion that we have forgotten to add one of your items that were in stock to your order, please notify us immediately and we will send out the missing order at no cost to you.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Australian Customers - Standard Post - Please allow 3 – 5 workings days for delivery to all major metropolitan areas, please allow a few days more for regional areas and during peak times such as Christmas. Express Post - Australia Post’s Express Post service guarantees delivery to most metropolitan areas within Australia on the next working day, but during busy periods allow up to 5 working days. Delivery to some regional areas may also take longer. We ONLY use Australia Post for our shipping within Australia. International Customers - Shipping times will vary depending on what country you are ordering from, and what shipping method you chose. Standard Airmail - Please allow between 7 and 15 working days from when your order is processed for delivery. Please allow a few more days for regional areas, PO Boxes and Military addresses, and during peak times such as Christmas. Express Airmail - Please allow between 3 and 7 working days from when your order is processed for delivery. Please allow a few more days for regional areas, PO Boxes and Military addresses, and during peak times such as Christmas. **Disclaimer - We believe that we have aligned ourselves with excellent delivery partners, but there may be times when, despite their best efforts, parcels are delayed in the delivery process. We will always endeavour to work with our delivery partners to ensure prompt arrival of your products. Lil’ Mama can not take any responsibility for deliveries hindered by circumstances out of their control, such as weather. **Lil’ Mama does NOT ship on Australian public holidays or weekends, please refer to our Upcoming Events page for these dates.
